Overview and Resources
Welcome to Distance Learning and Personal Research Projects!
Here you will learn how a Science 6 CLT from Arlington, Virginia partnered with the school librarian, resource teacher for the gifted (RTG), SPED teacher, and English Learner (EL) teachers to engage and support all students in a personal research project...remotely! We are sharing our project resources, experiences, and how this project personalizes distance learning.
- Click here to view our presentation for Distance Learning: Personal Research Project. These GoogleSlides highlight the research behind research projects, outline key project milestones using a timeline, and breakdown the key components with plenty of strategies for differentiation.
- Click here to view an extensive and orgnaized list of all the Research Project Resources. This GoogleDoc breaks the project down by month and provides a link to every resource used to deliver the Personal Research Project, whether remotely or in-person!
We invite you to use, share, and make these resources your own for the purpose of engaging your students in the important cycle of inquiry, research process, and literacy in the content area.
