Comparing Speeds in Graphs and Equations Remix

This is a remix of "Comparing Speeds in Graphs and Equations" by Illustrative Mathematics (https://goopenva.org/courses/comparing-speeds-in-graphs-and-equations/view).

The original resource  provides the opportunity for students to reason about graphs, slopes, and rates without having a scale on the axes or an equation to represent the graphs.

This resource can also be used to introduce the properties of direct variation to students. (The speed is the constant of variation.) Students could make tables of each equation. They also could use the equations to predict values. The data collected can be use with this foldable:  https://goopenva.org/authoring/534-direct-and-inverse-variation-foldable/view.
