Electronic Scrum Board: Collaborative Work Model
This scrum board can be used in any subject, as it is a project management tool. It also can be a process learners use to collaborate and participate in group work. Sometimes in expecting learners to participate in a group project, some or all of the learners may not have a process to follow. This tool and subsequent process will help learners facilitate group project work with a business perspective and clear expectation.
This was originally completed as a visual manipulative using post-it notes. This document can be shared among students, groups, classes, and teachers.

A video explanation of scrum in the classroom - very useful
This google drawing template has been added as an example of how the scrum board can be used in Literary Circles for an English class when each student is given a role. It can be used to help track different roles for students, chapters, or other tasks determined by the teacher.
Collaboration Videos from the Teaching Channel that may help with this learner agency piece. It may be important to think that some learners have not used collaborative groups before or do not know there is a process and approach. Staff learners may find these videos helpful in preliminary planning or before the year starts planning.
