Use MIP following the Introduction activity. The MIP reinforces qualities of function relationships. Pages 4 and 5 could be shown on a board, provided for groups, or provided for individual students. Students can highlight on their own paper, or come up to the board to identify repeated x values. When a situation has repeating x values, the relationship is NOT a function.
