Overview of the activity:For this Fingerprinting and Computer Science lesson our school resource officer will be coming in to take your fingerprints. We will learn how to lift a latent print and look at classifications of prints. We will also learn about the IAFPS system, how fingerprints are lifted, and collected, and how fingerprint data is transmitted, stored, and used by local, state, and federal agencies to help solve crimes.
