This is a google slides mini lesson on surface area of a cylinder.  The first slide consists of a definition for surface area of a cylinder, what unit surface area is measured in and the formula for surface area.  Students will discuss the difference between surface area and volume.  Surface area covers the outside of the cylinder and volume fills up the inside.  Students will use the formula to solve problems on the slides.  Then, they will make a text box and type their answers to complete the slides.
